Chapter 8, Article II, of the Code of Ordinances provides for an Electrical Board which shall consist of five members who shall reside within the City of Alvin and shall be a registered voter of the State of Texas. One member shall be a master electrician. Members of the Electrical Board shall serve a two year term. The City Attorney shall be the Board's legal consultant.
