2022 Impact Fee Study Update - City Council will consider the proposed update to the City of Alvin Impact Fees. An impact fee is a fee that can be imposed by a local government on a new or proposed development project to pay for a portion of the costs of providing public services to the new development.  These fees are based on growth assumptions and the capital improvements needed to support growth.
