Records Division
The Alvin Police Department Records Division is responsible for maintaining police reports, arrest records, and accident reports.
Please call the Records Division to verify the report is ready before you attempt to pick up a copy. It takes about 3 to 5 days to complete a report. To get a copy of a report you may fax a request to 281-388-4380 or visit the Records Division Monday through Thursday from 7 am-6 pm.

Fee Schedule
Effective Date: May 5, 2014
Pursuant to the Texas Government Code, §552.261 (a) (1) or (2); the Texas Administrative Code Title I, part 3, chapter 70, rule §70.3; and chapter 28 City of Alvin, code of ordinances the following fees shall apply:

Voluntary Written Statements
If asked by an officer to submit a voluntary written statement, the Online Statement form (PDF) may be downloaded and faxed or delivered to the police department. A fillable PDF form (PDF) can be downloaded and emailed to your case officer.
