General Information

The Utility Billing and Collections Program is a division of the Finance Department. This office provides customer service to the citizens of Alvin. The Billing & Collections Office maintains accounts for water, sewer, garbage, and emergency medical service donations. Monthly billing of accounts is performed for services provided throughout the City of Alvin. The sanitation service provided by the city’s contractor is billed through this office. We process applications for new service and bank drafts. We accept deposit and payments, as well as, follow up on overdue accounts.
