COMMERCIAL DUMPSTER REQUIREMENTS

For commercial properties requiring a dumpster, City ordinance 16Q sec 35-34 requires all new commercial dumpsters to have an enclosure. For information on the enclosure requirements, contact the Fire Marshal’s Office at 281-331-7688 for dimensions, specifications, and inspections.

* The first number represents the size of the container in cubic yards. The second number represents the number of pick-ups per week.

Example:	21 is a 2 cubic yard container with 1 pick-up per week.
	42 is a 4 cubic yard container with 2 pick-ups per week.

Curbside collection include: regular trash (black cart w/black lid), recycling (black cart w/gray lid). Carts need to be placed at the curb by 7:00 AM on collection day.

Only Texas Pride Trash and Recycle Carts can be used for garbage pickup.
Place cart no more than 5 feet from edge of the roadway on regular collection day.
Containers can be placed at curb after 6:00 PM the day before collection.
Containers should be removed from curb no later than 6:00 PM the day after collection.
